The customer service is unmatched. For a downtown location, the prices are better than Whole Foods. I'll definitely be back thanks to Jill.

🥦Awesome food and items here, especially for some better ingredients in what your consuming. Make sure to check the ingredients though, some are deceptive and not as "healthy" as first glance! If you check the nutritional facts, this place makes things quite a bit easier! Be a bit weary on cost, it does add up quick! The staff is always very nice and I've enjoyed coming here! I do recommend if you have a pretty penny to spend~! 🪙

I love this place! Went in yesterday to check it out. They have bulk household products with an easy process to bring your own containers. That helped me feel like I am doing my part to reduce plastic consumption. The employees are fantastic. They made me feel welcome into the store immediately. They even offered to bring in my favorite bulk product from Public Goods, the hand cream. I'm a new customer mind you, so that level of customer service is greatly appreciated. I will be making this health food store a frequent stop of mine if this store keeps doing exactly what it's doing. Kudos to the manager from one retail manager to another, you run a tight ship.

12/27/24 UPDATE: This is the third time I've bought a sandwich from Ann's only to find mold on the bread upon unwrapping it. The sandwich I got today was part of a new shipment of the day, and had only been on the refrigerated shelf for mere hours. The sandwich isn't even past it's expiration date yet. I love Ann's for the rest of their products but, I can't say that these recent experiences haven't affected my score of this place. 9/11/22 UPDATE: I discovered their restroom just now and I told them to put a sign to indicate that it is a usable restroom because there was no sign for it, that's why I didn't know until now. 5/26/22 UPDATE: Today was the official Grand Opening! I was greeted with a smile as usual. They had an inflatable man up front, decorations, a raffle, AND 25% off of your entire purchase, so it was quite the event and I really appreciate everything they did to make it special for everyone. Love the products they have here as per usual. 4/14/22 UPDATE: So I took a closer look and they have BOTH Schar and Udi's gluten free breads and it makes me so happy! Also, I didn't think I'd find beef there, but I did, and they just added a small section for produce, not su
